PestPro Secure Services operates through direct bookings over call or WhatsApp. This refund policy outlines our process in case of cancellations or service-related issues.
We do not accept payments through this website. All charges are settled in-person after the completion of the pest control visit. Therefore, there are no automated refund options online.
If you cancel a scheduled visit at least 3 hours in advance, no service fee is charged. If any token advance was collected (for large/commercial jobs), it will be refunded in full.
If our technician has already arrived or begun treatment, cancellation is not eligible for a full refund. A visit fee (between ₹200–₹500) may be deducted based on the location and type of setup.
If you face issues after the treatment, you are eligible for a free callback visit during the warranty period. Refunds are not issued once a treatment has been completed unless there is proven negligence.
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed through UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 working days from the date of approval. We maintain a transparent record of all refund requests.
